Stakeholder Listening Sessions
During Fall 2020, stakeholder listening sessions were held with the following campus groups:
Stakeholder Survey: During Spring 2021, a survey to gather input for the strategic planning process was made available to all university constitutents.
Strategic Planning Process:
Phase I: Fall 2020 (Dialogue) —Stakeholder Listening Sessions and Stakeholder Survey
Phase II: Spring 2021 (Create) —Evaluate EKU Mission and Vision; Develop and Affirm Goals; Craft Strategic Initiatives; Identify Strategies; Prepare Portfolio of Objectives and Aligned Metrics for Unit-Level Plans.
Phase III: Fall 2021 & Spring 2022 (Engage) —Share Strategic Plan drafts to campus and community; Offer feedback avenues; Engage EKU faculty and staff in unit-level planning workshops
Phase IV: Fall 2022 (Implement) —Launce and celebrate EKU's 2022-2030 Strategic Plan; Implementation, assessment, and reporting processes begin; Evaluate via Annual Planning and Progress Report annually.
